1. Drink a lot of water
Today, I’m feeling unwell, suffered from headache. And I felt very sleepy whole day. After drinking a lot of water, those symptom discomforts were disappeared, and I’m feeling all right.
In the first five days of this program, need a lot of water to "clean up” the toxin which inside our body.Ensures bowels move effectively also ridding the body of toxins
2. Normal work and rest
