i put my ultimate dream target as my laptop's desktop wallpaper, to drive me to become as perfect as like her.


How will you know you've arrive at your destination if you don't know what is look like ?? so you must set a ultimate dream target for your slimming period, know !!!!!!!!!!

Plan are useless, unless u have a dream, because dream is indispensable.

My today result 23/7/09

my weight now : 50kg++

unbelievable right? but it's true !

conclusion: after by taking one day, i lost 2.++ kg.


2. figure


==> Waist lost 1 inch

==> basically, my figure doesn't have any big difference changes.

1. Drink a lot of water

Today, I’m feeling unwell, suffered from headache. And I felt very sleepy whole day. After drinking a lot of water, those symptom discomforts were disappeared, and I’m feeling all right.

In the first five days of this program, need a lot of water to "clean up” the toxin which inside our body.

2. Normal work and rest
